Why has my account been set up for me?

At SportsBlock we work closely with our new clubs to get them moved over to our system, often from spreadsheets and storage drives previously. Normally, with stock standard databases and online platforms the club would have to add all player data across on the new system.


There may be issues in this process - potentially around the token sent to you to take over your account. Please click here to read our article on how to resolve this issue.


At SportsBlock, we're different. All player data in our secure club databases is live data, connected to a player or parent account. When a new club joins SportsBlock, we take on the work for them - getting the whole club set up and getting their players, parents, managers, and coaches live! This is why you were sent an invite to join your club or organisation when you first joined.
