If you've encountered a problem while trying to register for a competition there is a number of things that might have gone wrong that you can easily check.


If you ever don't know how you got somewhere on SportsBlock you can return to the home screen by clicking the orange SportsBlock logo in the top left corner:


You should always be able to access at least one portal on SportsBlock - and can return to your team dashboard by hovering over the orange 'Portal' button, and selecting the Portal you've created from the dropdown:


If your portal button says 'Select Portal' it means you have skipped a step during sign up and will have to Create a Portal:


Once you've clicked 'Create a Portal', select either the Player or Manager/Parent Portal, depending on which applies to you best:


Click continue, and add the details of your player or child on the next screen:


You can now register for a competition - if you want to find out how to do this on desktop, here's our article on how to register for a competition on SportsBlock. Make sure to skip the first few steps though!
