You'll notice when you first add players / members to your platform they are sitting in 'offline members'. This means they don't have a connection to your account meaning you can't interact with them.
The most important thing to do to ensure you can utilise the features in Sportsblock is inviting these members to your account so they show in 'My Members'. From here, you can send payment requests, communicate with them, schedule trainings or events and have them see upcoming fixtures.
There are several ways you can invite members to your account and into teams! (you can also get creative with QR codes etc)
