Online Members are members that have received and accepted an invitation link to a team. These members can be moved across teams, sent payment requests and receive communications.
Offline members are members that have not accepted an invitation link and cannot receive payment requests or communications - these members are static and are the first stage a member account is in when uploaded via excel or added manually.
The below guide will show you how to navigate to members, create members manually, and import members in bulk.
Adding Offline Members
Once you have added offline members, you can send invitations for them to join a team. Details on this can be found below.
Inviting offline Members To A Team
Don't Forget! When adding members, the user profile within a member account is the person who will be placed in a team. For example, a child would have their parent as the member and child details as user profile. An adult would have their details duplicated between the member and user profile.
